Footwear should be tried on indoors prior to use. Once worn outside or showing signs of use, footwear is not eligible for return. Returns will only be accepted for verified manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase, at our discretion. Signs of use include dirt, creasing, compression, odor, or outsole wear.

One-time strap replacement for verified manufacturing defects within one year of purchase. The original strap must be returned to receive a replacement. Normal wear, misuse, modification, or heat damage are not covered. Proof of purchase is required — please keep your receipt.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water.
Do not bleach. Air dry only.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
WARNING: Loose footwear or clothing may become caught in escalators or moving walkways and may cause injury. Use caution and always pay attention when using escalators or automated walkways. Stand in the center of the step facing forward and keep footwear clear of side panels and moving parts. Step carefully when exiting. EVA footwear may be slippery on wet, oily, or smooth surfaces. Traction varies by environment. The EVA upper and sole may feel firm initially and will soften and conform with normal wear. Use caution when walking on wet or uneven surfaces. This product is intended for casual use and is not designed for specialized safety, work, or protective footwear applications.
