Our Distribution Structure
Interco primarily serves the market through a trusted network of authorized high-volume distributors. These partners maintain regional inventory and provide local sales support to ensure dealers receive consistent service and competitive pricing.
If you are interested in reselling Interco tires but do not intend to stock inventory directly from the manufacturer, we recommend purchasing through a member of the Interco Distributor Network (IDN). Upon request, we are happy to connect you with an authorized distributor in your region.
Direct Stocking Dealer Opportunities
Interco selectively evaluates retailers for direct-purchase stocking status within our Light Truck tire program, and assists those seekinbg to resell the M&H Racemaster line connect with one of the select M&H Distributors.
We are typically looking for:
- Established brick-and-mortar or e-commerce retailers
- Businesses committed to maintaining on-hand inventory
- Dealers placing consistent, recurring orders
- Retailers who actively promote and represent performance tire brands
Direct purchasing is not guaranteed and is evaluated based on business model, market coverage, and anticipated stocking volume.
How the Application Process Works

- Based on your selections, we will send the appropriate Dealer Application.
- Applications must be completed in full, printed, signed, and returned for review.
Incomplete or unsigned applications will not be processed.
Please note:
- Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
- Approved dealers may initially purchase through a distributor before qualifying for direct ordering.
- Minimum stocking requirements apply for direct-purchase status.
- Payment terms and credit eligibility are detailed within the application materials.
